You cant make a pup from a random litter a woi, there are woi breedings where you adopt them from.

You have to wait like everyone else, the last litter was Rayo and Sorayas pups, theyre isnt a litter out right now. When there is there will be forms you can fill out to get one

I would really like a WoI myself but i have seen that there are no litters to adopt one from and self creating isn't allowed. So i would really like to join, but since i can't ask for customs and im really bad, well more like horrible, at art, i hope i can still adopt one of the new litters when they will be created. So, do i need to wait till another litter is added to the front page? And if i manage to get one, could someone draw me an armor? I would love it if you could respond. I do understand it if i am not accepted. Thank you for your patience. *bows*

You will just have to find a litter. They don't come up on the front page, you just have to keep checking WOI member's galleries. That's how I did it. You will have to wait and see if you get one first for the armour.
