Kalon Readoptions

Hiya! I have some kalons I'm putting up for readoption. Rather than make individual threads, I'm huddling them all into a singular thread.
All but one of the kalons up for readoption here were made off-oekaki.

Rules for all:
1. No reserving posts with "res with [idea]"; if you wanna keep your idea a secret, you can type your stuff out in a draft / a google doc.
2. Even though several of these are based off characters, entries that make them basically the characters will be disqualified
3. Try to stick to the word count.
4. These are free-for-alls (anyone can enter), HOWEVER non-owners will get a small boost - you must not have any kalons (or unused myo slots - sorry!) If you're a nonowner, please mention it next to your username
5. At the end of the contest, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.
6. Do not delete the key-word from the form! It's to easily sort through the forms for judging. They'll be size ten at the very bottom of them form.
7. Off-thread forms are allowed (no off-site forms), but your post on this thread MUST include the key associated with the one you're entering for. (Or ones, I suppose.)
--Your form must be linked on the thread in order to be counted.
8. You may enter for all but only win one
9. Prettying your form is fine but please make sure it's legible - both on mobile and off.
--If you use something you did not make for your form, you must provide credit, generic "i found it on google" won't suffice

Old name was Lucius. This kit has one sort of "requirement" - they were an IC batch between my kalons Lumae & Seeker; I want them to remain connected. Please do not put them in an AU as a baby - I do not mind putting them into an AU as an adult (just please at least.. mention he still has parents & a sibling aaa)
i should mention - lumae and seeker are both male. the sibling's gender is undetermined at the moment. they live in some sort of city, vaguely like longmont-esque but with less traffic and probably three mcdonalds within the county radius

What's their dream job?:



when nikolai was a kid, everyone thought he was weird, because all he liked to do was watch fire.

when he would go on boyscout trips, inevitably it would be him who would stay up late into the night to stoke the fire. it seemed he had a gift, an "orange thumb" as his leader would call it. he knew exactly what to do to get a fire to come alive, to start breathing and living like a phoenix before their eyes.

although they never said it, the adults in his life were afraid. he was hyperactive, and liked to push boundaries. they were worried he'd become a pyromaniac, an arsonist, with his love combined with his skill, it was only a matter of time before things burned down.

miraculously, they didn't. as he got older he gained a healthy fear of fire that walked alongside his appreciation, and often frequented the town's firestation to speak with firefighters there about how they stopped things when they got out of control. the kids at school thought he was weird; the firemen were seemingly his only friends.

a loner, finding his only friend in fire, heard about firewatching by chance, through a tattered flyer stapled to a telephone pole near his bus stop. he initially thought it was a joke; a career of watching fire, and he got to be alone? it was too good to be true.

but, he went to the office anyway.

the recruiter was surprised; it wasn't often that he got good-looking young men in for the job. his primary candidates were retired firefighters who craved solitude, or divorcees, or occasionally old women. after being incredible sure that nikolai wasn't hiding from something, he gladly offered him the job.

nikolai now spends his days alone and happy. as a hobby he picked up drawing, and occasionally he would go hiking throughout the vast woodland he was charged to look after. he made friends with the local hikers as they passed through, and was known to be the best guy for asking directions. he always knew where he was going.

for some, it was a lonely job, but for nikolai, it was everything he could've ever hoped for.
