Promt Answer: Sharla had come to hear a lot of the starting phrase of Spooky scary in terms of this one tune that a lot of other simas seemed to hum on. It had taken her quite a long time to come to this understanding and even then she didn't truly understand what it all was about. It definitely held quite a catchy tune and she had come to understand that it held the theme of the season but even then she couldn't entirely get behind the reason for the seemingly random encounter she had had with the song and it simply just continued to baffle her.

the tune is a popular one this time of year (though there always seems to be that one sima who sings it year round); the halloween-themed song is familiar to phoena, though she's admittedly never listened to it in full. she, personally, doesn't fully understand the appeal of it, and so prefers to just laugh along when someone else brings it up, rather than be the one to do so herself.
