Umbrea City has tall buildings, and trees! A large forest surrounds the city where wild Pokemon can hide. A city next to Umbrea City, known as Sylvea City, has Shiny Pokemon that often venture off to the forest of Umbrea City, so thats why trainers often find Shiny Pokemon hiding underground or in a bush.
