Alisa is a generally relaxed and polite character, although aloof. She is
always equipped with a sardonic or self-deprecating comment. People
don't expect it, but she has a rather immature (or 'stupid' as she calls it)
sense of humour. Alisa has a sharp wit and is highly intuitive, which
mostly shows in a combat situation. She isn't above laziness and tends
to be unproductive on some days. It's not rare for her to show up late.
Routines aren't her strong suit as she is quite forgetful. Not many
experience this side of her, but Alisa is ruthless when the situation
calls for it. She is rather closed off and is afraid to get too close to
anyone so she pushes people away. She is somewhat disillusioned by
the world of heroes but keeps this to herself.

Her blood has a flammable property and can be made
to either burn or explode. She needs to have an open
wound to use it and splatters it over the target, then
snaps her fingers to ignite it. She is limited to the
amount of blood that a normal human of her size can
lose before anemia sets in. She uses this in
combination with hand to hand combat, with more
reliance on the latter.

Out of everything in the world, the one thing Samuel hates the most is a mess.
Born to a rich, near aristocratic European family and educated at the highest
of European institutions, impeccability was priority and the key to all his
successes. His quirk merely got in the way of his educational aspirations,and
knowledge that he even had a useful, prominent quirk soon faded into
obscurity, known only be a select few in his family and a few childhood
connections. As he grew and despite being born to wealth, Samuel resolved to
make his own way in life.

He began with work in business, his choice of occupational education aiding him
in his climb up the corporate conglomerate ladder. He found himself the CEO of
a company that specialized in data-basing and technological security. He
was able to build a global network of quiet connections with multiple large
corporations. However, he felt ultimately unsatisfied; the world was still
constantly in turmoil. Samuel left his company to his shareholders and instead
became an advocate of order, forming an organisation that was half religion,
half nonprofit, called Anemoi Inc, dedicated to aiding those in poverty and
advocate for "internal peace and harmony". It became wildly successful partly
due to his own charismatic influence, and partly due to his former corporate ties.

And those who aren't willing to donate or follow? Some get a private meeting
with the head of Anemoi Inc. himself, where he's quite confident he can find
some way to convince them to contribute to his cause. His powers allow him
to turn air into a solid form, for as long as he can hold his own breath and as
long as it's within a two metre radius and in his line of sight, letting him quite
literally steal the air from someone's lungs. His quirk often proved to be quite
persuasive. He also has quite an extensive series of underground connections,
that can do his work for the common occasion when he doesn't want to get his
hands dirty.

Hey guys, thank you for the newest forms that are up! Have taken a look at the and so far all is well. I’m currentky away from my house shopping for Christmas but as soon as I can, I will add the new characters to the character post and take a look and see what forms need to be done. At this rate, we may have all the spots filled soon too though I personally wasn’t going to wait for that to start. It’s totally fine to me though! Hope everyone is having a good day so far. C:

quirk description:
illuminate is a very powerful quirk as it allows shigeru to generate and manipulate light. his light is pure white and radiates heat, so much heat that if you touch it, you will be burned. he can use it like offensively in beams and lasers, or he can use it defensively by making a light shield. he can create shapes out of it such as cages to hold prisoners or simple spheres to hang and use as light sources. overall, it is a very versatile quirk. however, that being said, there are limitations. anything that is more than a burst of light requires a constant flow of energy, otherwise it will fade and eventually go out. this means that he can only maintain so many light formations at once, especially if they are located in dark areas where his light is harder to generate and maintain. and like all light, his can also be reflected and may weaken if it’s too far from the source.
side effects:
shigeru is only slightly immune to his light’s heat. it doesn’t immediately burn him like it does others, but prolonged contact is painful. trying to maintain too many lights at once is physically exhausting and he may slip into unconsciousness if he uses too much energy at once. his bursts can only travel as far as his energy can extend, so when he is weak they are weak. also, his quirk has resulted in him having a mild fear of the dark, to the point that he must have a small source of light at all times. that means his night vision is practically nonexistent. furthermore, because light is made up of uv rays, shigeru has no choice but to consistently wear long sleeves and/or coat any exposed skin with sunscreen.

personality:
shigeru isn’t the nicest person. sure he can act polite and respectful, but like I said, that’s an act. in reality, he is far from such. he loves teasing people, watching them squirm until they give in. he loves challenges and hates boredom, starting fights and provoking others when here is nothing left to do. he exaggerates all of his emotions and is a master at faking them. his temper is short and his ego is large, so it’s quite easy to get on his bad side. he cares little for others and prioritizes fun over their lives and emotions. he has an eccentric appeal, with in your face fashion and handsome face, and he loves socializing with all the people he lures in. he has no boundaries and will flirt with anyone despite having no desire to pursue a serious relationship. he’s not trustworthy at all and will stab you in the back if he finds that more entertaining. and perhaps most of all, he can hold a grudge for a lifetime, as seen by his continuous battle against heroes.

backstory:
from a young age, shigeru was pushed into becoming a hero. and he didn’t mind that, because heroes were known for being cool and earning recognition, but he wasn’t passionate about it either. he didn’t necessarily care about saving people and his morals had never been very strict. this predictably led to some problems soon after he warned his provesional liscense. he knew hot to get the job done, but not in the way heroes wanted. he caused too much collateral damage and didn’t prioritize civilian lives. he was too cruel to the villains, at least that’s what the heroes said. instead of detaining them as quickly as possible, he liked to fight and tease, messing with them until they had no choice but to surrender. these behaviors were ones teachers repeatedly tried to correct, even putting him on probation several times. but as more and more lawsuits emerged, they had no choice. they revoked shigeru’s license and expelled him from ua. he probably would have been arrested as well, but less than a day after his expulsion, he had already disappeared.
after that, shigeru went underground for a year and half only to re-emerge as a new man. he was no longer lux the illumination hero, instead he was lucifer, a villain who specifically targeted heroes. he had been scorned by the justice system for fighting crime “incorrectly” leading him to create crime on his own. he still didn’t care much for civilians, never going out of his way to protect nor attack them, but that’s okay. because simply disrupting heroes has earned him the recognition that people always said he deserved.

@ daices.: I really like his character but could you make his weakness a bit stronger than just how long he can hold his breath? Maybe he can't move while he's doing that and can't look away from what he's targeting. And that he can only target one person at a time? I think that would balance him out a bit that makes him harder to handle solo but gives him a disadvantage when alone. If you have questions about it, feel free to PM me and once we get a stronger disadvantage, I'll look back and get to accepting him, ok? : )

@ paracosm: He's accepted though I do wonder how his new codename fits with his quirk? I know it's also a name that proclaims how people perceive them too so is that what you were going for perhaps? Just curious.
