Well, I won't be getting the dlc until Christmas time anyways since I want to get the dlc on my switch rather than on my wii u, but I haven't yet gotten the game for my switch since I've had other game priorities first since I have it on my wii u so the lore of the dlc is unknown to myself as well. So don't worry about it too much

➳personality; Lyra expresses herself to be a very kind and gentle soul and fairly responsible as well. She can be quite stubborn at times when truly believing in something but maintains a rather optimistic outlook in most circumstances. She is selfless and cares a lot about her friends and those close to her as she is not willing to sacrifice any of them for her own gain. At times she can show a more emotional side, especially in times where a close friend is in danger or on the brink of danger. She hopes not to drag anyone into her troubles and works to be the best person she can be. Besides this, Lyra dislikes standing out and dislikes taking risks, but because of her reluctance to take risks, she has grown quite clever.

➳history; Though it is unknown the cause of her parent's deaths, Lyra was raised by her grandmother during most of her life, which taught her the aspects of responsibility and politeness. In school, she befriended a girl named Kori. Shon, another student at the school offered to walk Lyra home after one of Kori's sport practices and so the two spoke and grew closer, developing a mutual crush between them, however, both of them remained unaware. After her grandmother's hospitalization, Lyra took over the business (floral shop - Carnation). Behind graduating from college, this business is very important to her and Shon offered to help as an employee and she was glad he did. Shon got into a relationship with a girl named Aleah which broke Lyra's heart. After finding out, she made her way to the sea where Ian was waiting to hopefully switch spots with her so that she would become a siren but the transaction failed and now they both have human and siren characteristics.

I thought I'd finish writing the opening post today, after posting its first part at the beginning of the weekend. In one stroke, I wrote over a page worth of text and realized I've only now begun analyzing the letter in-game. I'm bad at this.

Getting inside a character's head in-depth has a way of sucking one in though.

Hopefully, after that's over with, I'll get to making smaller, more frequent posts.

As it is right now, it's painfully clear I'm still acclimating to this, ehheh...
