welcome to the thread where you can make your own button to advertise the wonderful species of pillowtails!

there's currently only one button to color in, but when i have time there should be two more added, one with
the current design but with a pillowtail head instead of the 'p', and another better suited for taller signatures
or posts which I'll hopefully finish soon.
please feel free to mark to your heart's content!

step one
okayyyy, so to start, once you've made your button, go to edit it, and take a screen shot.
• if you're on a mac, you're going to press the key with the apple logo, shift, and then 4, and just click and drag
to get your screenshot
• if you're on a pc, you're going to want to hit the alt, and prtscn keys
*I highly recommend changing the background before you screenshot it to the cs background as well, which is
#ECE9E1 so it looks nicer once made transparent if you can't clean it up in something like pixlr
once done, you should be left with something that looks like this


step two
go to lunapic.com and upload the screenshot by hitting "browse"
you can use another editor if you'd like but I'm most experienced with lunapic so that's what this will be toward

step three
once you've gotten your image uploaded, go to "edit" and click on "transparent background"


step four
simply click on the background and the first option in the "preview background", and you're good!
if you changed the background to the hex code i mentioned above, or used a lighter color, you may have to
change the slider under "optional: adjust transparency threshold" to one if it removes more than the background


step five
now that it's transparent, you can go to crop and resize it to your liking!


step six
once you're happy with how it looks, look below the image and click on "imgur" and please make sure you get the
link from the box highlighted in this picture, if you get the image's link it will disappear after awhile


optional step
if you want to clean it up or edit it some how, pop it into pixlr or some other editor with an eraser

step seven
once you've gotten the url, it's time to put it somewhere!
