This is mind blowing, I'm so happy to see a fersona as a bird!! He looks like either an adolescent Bald-eagle just starting to get his trade mark white plumage, or he could be a Golden Eagle, Altho your name say's Vulture, he dosn't look like one, I have a birdsona btw, a Secretary Bird is much more me! =D <3
