The thin calico she-cat finished burying her three kits, and closed her eyes for a moment. She was completely unaware she was in CreekClan territory. She let out a sigh, before plucking some small flowers and laying it atop the graves.

Branchpaw couldn't suppress the snarl rising from within her as she watched Leaftail and Stoneheart just outside her den. The tabby couldn't help but snap the comfrey stem she held as she observed them, not even caring as the two halves tumbled to the floor below her. Then, she snapped out of her 'trance'. Pull yourself together! she snapped to herself, guilt and embarrassment washing over her in hot waves. If you wanna see Leaftail so bad, go out there and talk to her! Gulping, the small tabby staggered out of her den, immediately regretting doing so. Too late to turn back now, they've probably spotted you, seeing as how you're bumbling about like an idiot. With a deep breath, the apprentice finally mustered up the courage to speak to the deputy.

"Hey Leaftail," she mewed, surprised at how confident she sounded as opposed to how she felt. "Are you feeling alright today?" Branchpaw felt like a stupid, blabbering idiot. 'Hey Leaftail, are you feeling alright?' What medicine cat just jumps in to a conversation, asking a question like that?

The handsome gray tabby tom dipped his head to the medicine cat apprentice as she padded up to them. She seemed to blatantly ignore him, and he shrugged, flashing Leaftail a smile as he padded away.

The thin calico she-cat hadn't noticed the two clan cats, and stayed next to the tiny graves.

"Yeah." The tom mewed, blinking as he lifted his head. "Come on, Let's go see." He dashed through the bushes, some squirrels running off. He came into the clearing and spotted the she-cat over a small lump of dirt with flowers placed atop.
