He prepared to say something back, but Nightecho's sudden entrance interrupted him. "What?" He jumped and ran to the nursery to sit beside his mate.

The tom sat beside the fresh-kill pile and took a vole before munching on it, ignoring all the chaos in the nursery and the medicine den. "I wonder what is happening," he murmured and looked over to Minnowfrost.

The queen's mate stayed by her side by all time, giving her forehead an encouraging lick here and there, his eyes never leaving his mate. He watched his newborn kits and smiled proudly, giving his mate a forehead bump.

He yawned then sighed as his ear flickered as he knew new kits were coming but just sighed then looked over at Hawkeye giving a friendly smile.

The blind calico she-cat purred softly, her tail curling around the kits protectively. "Lionkit, Poppykit and Shadowkit."
