Slateheart-tags-everyone in the nursery

"Ok, everyone out. Sunstream needs to get some rest." Slateheart began herding everyone towards the door nursery entrance. "She's going to need plenty of good food and bedding, so let's work hard!" She said. "Nicely done, Mothpaw. Your and Sunstream's first kitting!" she meowed cheerfully, but quietly, as the queen had immediately fallen asleep.

Honeysong heard that the new kits were adorable, and she couldn't wait to see them later. Meanwhile, she went to find Poppypaw and to perhaps put together a patrol.

Mothpaw beamed brightly, happy that he was able to help Sunstream. He gave the queen and kits another glance, purring softly. They looked so happy..! Mothpaw wondered if his mother had felt the same about him, once upon a time. He trotted after Slateheart, however, following her to the door, "Thank you for letting me help, Slateheart..!" he answered just as softly.

Moonpelt padded out of the nursery and into camp. S a he looked around for something to do, but decided on settling down and waiting for something to help with.

Seeing that Sunstream was asleep, Slateheart motioned to Mothpaw to follow her and headed to the prey pile. Seeing that it was low, she asked "Mothpaw, would you like to do some hunting with me?" Looking around camp, she saw Moonpelt waiting around. "Moonpelt, would you like to come hunting?" Slateheart asked.

Mothpaw followed silently, waiting until they got out of the den to speak again, "I would like that a lot!" he chimed, grinning excitedly. He was even more joyful to hear Moonpelt could come along as well - that would be fun!

The she-cat stirred in her sleep. She opened one eye to see it was dawn already, maybe even morning. She padded out to see her mentor; she licked her paw and drew it to her face, grooming herself

Moonpelt purred happily.
"I'd love to come hunting" she said, moving closer to Slateheart and Mothers.

Finchpaw lazily rolled from his nest and lumbered from the apprentice den, blinking rapidly in the sunlight. He had seen many cats congregated around the medicine den the previous night, but before he got a chance to see what was drawing so much attention, they had all been shooed away. The young apprentice padded curiously to the medicine den where he saw Sunstream with three tiny kits. Finchpaw rolled his eyes and left without saying a word. He lifted his head and peered around the camp, his bright gaze searching for Twigtuft.

Mothpaw purred, giving Moonpelt a friendly forehead bump before grinning, "I bet I can catch more prey than you#"

"I'll bet you a mouse that I'll catch more prey then both of you." She purred, amused by Mothpaw's antics. Slateheart' stomach rumbling, she set her sights on a vole and began to stalk. Her paws were as silent as can be, and she got ready to spring.
