A long time ago, Tidalclan lived in the forest, their name being Willowclan. They lived in peace, with three other clans: Skyclan, Leafclan, and Rippleclan. Everything went alright, nothing eventful really happening. The climate was mild, until one day a terrible storm broke loose. The storm lasted days, causing kin to turn on kin, clan to turn on clan. The clans fought, battles broke loose in the bad weather. Eventually, their leader at the time Gingerstar, announced they were to leave. She knew the clans' friendships could never be repaired. After that, Willowclan set off. They weren't sure exactly where they were going. They walked and walked, observing possible areas they could settle down. None of the posiible camps seemed to work. One day though, they came across a beach. The dens seemed to be already set and for once they were happy with their camp. The began marking territory and establised their boundaries. They discovered a nearby clan, Waveclan. Waveclan was not exactly welcoming, and still is an enemy of Tidalclan. They then named themselves 'Tidalclan' because of their location.

Tidalclan uses the normal Warrior Cat language. They also have a few more added words because of their location.

● Endlesswater - A term meaning ocean, because it seems to never end.
● Deathwater - Another term meaning ocean, because it has claimed many lives.
● High-water - A term meaning High Tide.
● Low-water - A term meaning Low Tide.
● Death-fish - A term meaning shark, they have claimed a few lives.

1. Defend your Clan, even with your life. You may have friendships with cats from other Clans, but your loyalty must remain to your Clan, as one day you may meet them in battle.
2. Do not hunt or trespass on another Clan's territory.
3. Elders, queens, and kits must be fed before apprentices and warriors. Unless they have permission, apprentices may not eat until they have hunted to feed the elders. If any warrior or apprentice is sick or injured, they may eat while the elders, queens, and kits are eating.
4. Prey is killed only to be eaten. Give thanks to StarClan for its life.
5. A kit must be at least six moons old to become an apprentice.
6. Newly appointed warriors will keep a silent vigil for one night after receiving their warrior name.
7. A cat cannot be made deputy without having mentored at least one apprentice.
8. The deputy will become Clan leader when the leader dies, retires or is exiled.
9. After the death or retirement of the deputy, the new deputy must be chosen before moonhigh.
10. A Gathering of all four Clans is held at the full moon during a truce that lasts for the night. There shall be no fighting among Clans at this time.
11. Boundaries must be checked and marked daily. Challenge all trespassing cats.
12. No warrior can neglect a kit in pain or danger, even if the kit is from a different Clan.
13. The word of the Clan leader is the warrior code.
14. An honorable warrior does not need to kill other cats to win his/her battles, unless they are outside the warrior code or if it is necessary for self-defense.
15. A warrior rejects the soft life of a kittypet.

Tidalclan is located in a little cove on the beach. Rocky cliffs line the cove but allow access farther down the beach. That is clan camp. Outside the cove is a long beach stretching both ways. A rock cliff towers over the beach to the left of camp.The rock cliff offers prey and dangers, and the beach offers prey and dangers. The rock cliff can be danger to rockslides and falling objects, but it also provides mice and birds for prey. The beach includes the ocean, which can take lives, but also has fish and crab for prey. A small river runs past the camp and into the ocean. It is used to teach apprentices how to swim and is a source of fresh water and small fish. There is a trail leading to the top of the cliff, where you can find a small meadow. The meadow supplies herbs and prey. To get to Moonpool, there is a trail farther down the beach. It leads up the cliff and onto a meadow. From there, they must walk through a forest which lies right outside of their territory, and is part of Waveclan's territory. They pass through the corner of Waveclan's territory and there lies Moonpool. Moonpool is a cave with a pool of water, fed by a spring, that turns to a purple and light blue color in the moonlight.

Personality: Thistlestar is laid back, but she is intelligent and determined. She has a soft, graceful voice and will rarely try to initiate combat. She is careful and takes her time to think over situations before she acts. Sometimes, this can get her into trouble because she thinks too long. Thistlestar is also patient and has a warm heart. She cares for her clan and will protect them at many lengths. She has seven out of her nine lives. She can handle pressure pretty well, and she is polite. She respects the cats of her clan, even though she is of a higher rank. She will trust cats until they give her a reason not to trust them. While Thistlestar seems to be easy going, if she is pushed to it, she will react harshly, especially to those she learned not to trust. She is a bit small, but she is agile.

A proud warrior.

Personality: Lionheart is a determined cat. He tries his best at everything and he is an advanced fighter. He is nice and respectful to most cats. He is brave and loyal, willing to risk his life for his clan. He does not run away from his troubles, but instead looks for a way to solve them. He is afraid to like somebody, afraid they will break him, and hurt him beyond repair. He did not want to end up in the state his father did. He enjoys having friends though, he just doesn't want to get too close than them.
Strengths:
Lionheart is brave and kind.
Weaknesses:
Lionheart is affected greatly when the cats he is close to dies.

As Lionheart says, "When you love somebody, you give them the power to break you, to hurt you beyond repair. And yet you trust them not to." He is afraid to have one.

History:
When Lionheart was a kit he was born in a litter of 2 to his mother named Rainflight and a father named Raventail. his mother died when kitting due to extreme blood loss. His brother Darkkit, had died at an early age because of a hawk. When Darkkit died his family took it horribly. His father became distant, having barely pulled through his mate's death. He gave up on caring for Lionkit, feeling that his precious kit would die too. A queen took him in and cared for him, while the medicine cat took care of his father. His father died when he stopped eating. Lionkit was named an apprentice shortly after and he trained hard, eager to prove himself.

Personality: Since he was born in this clan, he has been shy and unhappy and he still is. He can't recall a time when he didn't have to live with sand in his fur and a fish smell in the air. He is still stubborn, as well, he's carried that on since he was a kit. He tends to heal wounded warriors in his own little way, not really following the rules of this and the rules of that. Nonetheless, though, he is a loyal clan member.
Strengths: Spidermask is outstanding in the art of healing. Therefore, I'd like to call it his strength.
Weaknesses: Spidermask doesn't trust well, as his [adopted] sister hurt his feelings quite a bit when he was a kit.

History: When Spiderpaw was just a kit, his mother was captured by two-legs. She went out to hunt for him and his siblings, and never returned. Spiderpaw and his sister, Maplekit, survived for a few days on their own... Being as they were old enough to see and hear. Too soon, it was then leaf-fall and Maplekit died of whitecough/greencough. Scared and alone, Spiderpaw hurriedly said goodbye to his sister and headed toward's Tideclan's territory. He was then found by Embercall and they both headed to the camp to wait to be accepted. The rest is history.

Personality: Embercall is as fiery as her name states she is. She's loud and stubborn, and doesn't take notice of one's feelings very often. When times are tough, though, she know when to close her trap and comfort others. She's an interesting cat, smart sometimes and dull minded others. She has a lot of trouble with conflict, especially emotional.
Strengths: Her feelings, she doesn't get hurt easily and she doesn't pay much attention to them.
Weaknesses: When somebody confronts her, especially by starting off with "You make/made me feel..."
