"Alya!" Marinette ran up to her friend, out of breath. Alya turned to look at her. "Marinette! You were almost late, again!" She smiled. "
I know, I know. Now let's get to class before we are actually late." They walked into class and sat down in their usual spot. Adrien and Nino weren't there yet.
"So, you excited for the class trip coming up?" Alya asked Marinette. "Yeah, Alya, about that..." "Girl, what is your excuse this time?" Marinette looked down at her desk. "Well, um, you know my, um, parents. They are so protective... I'll try, I really will. Its just, don't count on it." Her parents really weren't that protective, she had patrol that night as ladybug, well every night for that matter.

"late again?" nino smiled, greeting his friend. "heheh, yes." he said, going into class. he sat down beside his friend. he knew it was going to be a busy day, as usual. first, school for a good few hours, and then after school, he would have to transform and go save the day with ladybug. he had a little daydream but nino poked him. "sorry," he said, brushing it off. he listened carefully as the teacher explained their work.

Marinette watched Adrien as he walked through the door with Nino. The teacher then started to talk and she directed her eyes on her. After a while, she started to dose off, her head in her desk. "Marinette! Why don't you answer this question!" She say up quickly when she heard her name. "Oh, um..." She read the board. Luckily, it was an easy question. "That would be C, Ms." She felt Alya snicker next to her and Marinette gave her a funny look.

he looked out the window. "i can't wait for lunch. sometimes school can be boring," he whispered to nino. "nah, adrien, its good." nino whispered back. adrien found himself thinking about ladybug again. "adrien?" the teacher said. "yes?" he said, sitting up straight. "answer this question."

The bell finally rang for lunch. Marinette sighed and sat up. "Finally." She said to Alya. She grabbed her bags and walked out of the room.
