Lindal gave him a sceptical look but then did as he did, mirroring his stance. He looked down then back up at Sam curiously

"Perfect. Now lets start with one of the most effective punches, the right cross." Sam said before demonstrating a right cross.

Lindal watched carefully then copied, punching at the air and then looking back up at Sam to see his reaction, whether it be praise or criticism. "How did I do?" He asked when there was no instant reactin from him.

Sam raised his eyebrows and nodded his head. "Pretty good, for your first try. If you practice like that you'll get the hang of it in no time."

Lindal grinned and tried again, hitting Sam in the stomach. It was the highest he could reach without hitting anything else...
