Xavier was silent for a moment as he looked out at the woods, "I wanted to protect you."

Timin snorted and headed to the room, he hated Nanu in all honesty.

"But why me?" Dex asked him again.

Nanu followed Timin before laying on the floor beside the bed for the night.

"I like you." he replied as he laid there, "But no worries, I know you like Nanu." he said.

"Get out of here." Timin growled down at him in annoyance.

Dex gave a smile and shifted to his human form, gesturing to Xavier to do the same. "How can you like me if we barely even know each other?" He asked him curiously. "I do not even know your name... "He added with a laugh.

Nanu nodded. "I just wanted to protect you alpha..." Nanu spoke, getting up and heading out of the bedroom and laying down in the hall.

Xavier chuckled and did the same, he was slender and not overly tall, "Well you were too busy chasing Nanu to even notice me Dex. I am Xavier." he said as he watched the other wolf.

"I don't nee a cowards protection." he growled as Nanu left.

"Well, nice to meet you Xavier. I am Dex but you already know that..." Dex laughed as he looked at the other male.

Nanu just laid outside the bedroom and began to fall asleep.

Xavier nodded as he looked at the woods, he wasn't sure what to say, he knew Dex loved Nanu, so he wasn't going to try anything.
