The two alphas of the pack, Ayame and Crow, work hard to keep their members in line. Training hard is one of the things that they're known for, but they're also known for their acceptance into the pack. Midnight Breeze is one of the toughest packs out there. But that doesnt mean that they arent in danger. Every year, a war breaks out, and to make matters worse, wolves from all around die out easily from disease. Preparations for the war and the sickness outbreak must happen immediately after the previous war to ensure that they remain one of the toughest packs.

Either you choose your mate or they get chosen for you. You only have about after the war to choose, and if your mate survives the war and the disease, then you're truly a part of the pack. It's a matter of life and death, plus a little bit of romance to throw into it. Ayame, the fierce, yet small alpha of the pack leads with all of her heart, not letting anything get under her nose. Her mate, Crow, watches the pack beside her, keeping her safe from all of the nasty rogues that may jump out and attack her. This pack isn't so easy to get into. Only the fittest and strongest of the wolves may get in. Or the weak ones who need some healing..

Fight for life, or die doing nothing.

As the fae crawled out of her den with a yawn, just having woken up, she glanced up at the bright morning sky as light snow started to fall. It was already winter and her pack was still down a few members, but she hoped that it would pick back up as winter ended. Although her pack numbers weren't the best, it's the strength that matters, and her mate is actually the strongest member that they had. Speaking of, Ayame didn't notice Crow when she woke up since he wasn't in their den, but she brushed it off since he was usually busy in the morning. Stretching and letting out another yawn, she decided to walk around the camp to check on everything and see how everybody was doing, per usual. But maybe she would do that a little later, after she figured out what her mate was up to? Venturing off to the pack's lake for a small drink, she kept her guard up since it's impossible to know what exactly is out there, but everything was fine unless an unknown wolf was in her territory. Soon arriving at the lake, she dipped her muzzle in briefly before starting to lap at the water, her ears swiveling in the process to pick up any unknown sounds.
