She nodded slowly. "Who are you? How long have you been here?" She asked.
The palomino coat mare shook her head. "Im sorry, let me interdouce
myself. Im Destiny." She told the mare.

"Lantern," the mare said, "I've been here for a few months. I've been watching the others were carefully and I know a thing or two about stallions."
She studied the mare carefully,
"And what about you?" she asked. He tone was even and mildly curious. She looked at Destiny as if she were a specimen in a science experiment. Something to be watched carefully.

Glitch was in a good mood. He was feeling a bit cocky this morning. He'd been following the hoof prints of a herd for a day now. He could tell it was small which probably meant the stallion there would more fiercely protect his mares, but he didn't care. He was itching for some action. He rounded a hill and looked out at a meadow where a few horses grazed. The one closest to him was a black mare with a white star (Belle). He didn't think he'd seen her before. He smiled a little and trotted over to her.
"Hi there," he said.

She looked up suprisly from here grazing as she heard a voice. She turned around to see a stallion, she was sure she was him before...but where? "Um hello? Did we meet before?" she asked

Destiny looked up and down at the mare standing in front of her. She nodded
at her, "I just recently found out about the herd. I was shipped off
here a few weeks ago." She told the mare, obviously this
whole place was a bit confusing. She had only recently been brought here.
"What do you know about that stallion?" She tossed her head in the direction the Anubis went.

Lantern looked over in the direction of the herd,
"Not much," she said, "I haven't run into this herd much. I've been following them for a few days now, trying to learn more. I expect he's like all the others. Cocky and stubborn. That's how they all are, isn't it?"
She flicked her tail back and forth. She watched as another stallion, a younger one, appeared. She smirked a little and wondered if Anubis would notice or if he'd opt to come over here now that there were two lone mares so close. Decisions decisions...Of course he might do nothing at all, but that was unlikely with stallions. She looked back at Destiny,
"I assume you are herdless," she said.

Glitch shook his head,
"I don't think so," he said, but he paused a moment as he said it. This mare was starting to look vaguely familiar, but he wasn't sure why. He shook his head. Probably nothing, "I think I'd remember you if we had met," he said, "What's a pretty mare like yourself doing out here? It's dreadfully boring this far inland."

"Then I suggest you don't flaunt it. Stallions take advantage of mares who don't know what's going on. Act like you know where you are and what you're doing. It'll become true soon enough and the stallions will leave you alone...for the most part. There are those that are bolder than others," Lantern said, "And you might consider joining a herd sometime as well. It can be dangerous out here if you don't know what you're up against."

He scented the air again and glanced around to see if the stallion was nearby. He picked up a few scents, one of which was male. The stallion was close, but he didn't think whoever it was had seen him yet. He was still in the clear for now.
