Misty
Misty smiled at him reluctantly, and looked down for a moment, picking up some pieces of grass to make it look reasonable. As she turned her head back up to the other stallion, she sighed, "Maybe I do want a herd... it would be nice... I just don't go into them right away... I need proof." She was hinting him on... I don't know like what. Maybe he was getting frustrated, maybe he would literally force her to make one with her... snaking from no stallion.
Roreok
Roreok moved with her, matching gate for gate as his speed continued to increase as hers did. It was easy for him to keep up with the mare, the same pace along the same route in the same place, kicking up dirt and pounding down grass, only as she did. he realized it was a test, and yet he wasn't performing to his fullest, and in one last spurt he pushed himself to go faster than the mare and go alongside her. his stride extended further, and with great joy he went beside her.
~ There are just some pets, even animals, that you could never forget. You fell in love with them on first site, and they fell in love with you. They loved you because you were gentle enough for them, spoke softly enough for them. They loved you because you loved them, unconditionally. This relationship with them can never be broken even after they're gone...
I miss you, Lakota. May you rest in peace.
