so lately i've been seening a few users with either an icon image or a signature image that changes every time the screen is reloaded, how do you do that? is there a website for it? if so could someone link it to me please? Thanks!

If you take the URL provided by Grumpybumbers (the website Fairy Prince provided) and paste it in the "link offsite" option on the Edit Avatar page in your board preferences, you should get a rotating avatar. Keep in mind that all the images you make your rotating avatar with must be at most 100x100 pixels, the maximum avatar dimensions, or the site will reject the image.
