How do you find these pets?

Hi there everyone! I was off of CS for a little while this month due to an injury. I just came back and was looking in the archive and saw these absolutely gorgeous pets!

Where do you find these pets? Are they newborns in the normal adoption area or were they a 'Pound Only' type deal?

Those are the April fools pets, but they are not available to adopt anymore. Some people may be trading them.
