The club in question has had no new posts made since August 2017 and the user who created the club has not posted (as their 'last visited' time is hidden) since May 2017.
At what point would this club be allowed to be remade and who should be messaged about that if possible?

It would be best to submit a help ticket to moderators and the exact club you're looking to remake can be looked over.
