Like I see on trades people Labeling Like Tier 1,2,3 And Etc.
What does It Mean And Theyre Dec 18th pets if that helps

It's generally/usually probably in relation to the Rare's List (:

There's levels, or tiers, in each list. The top of each list is referred to as the first tier, and every group of pets underneath the first is tier 2, tier 3, etcetera. Labeling Dec. 18th pets after tiers is probably just for the sake of clarity, so the users can easily know how much the pet is worth at a quick glance.

That's the Rare's List, so, for example, the Sunjewel and UR Tiger dog are both tier 1 pets of the Main List.

Actually you count from bottom to top. And usually only the advent list tiers are counted. September and main list tiers are named by the first pet on each tier.
