No that is not true.

Totoro is one of the site's mascots (the bird) and was once Tess's pet in real life (I believe she re-homed her). On site, Totoro is a NPC during some of our events, like the Halloween and Easter events. During these event you can collect tokens and then trade them in to Totoro for pets, which can sometimes turn rare.

However, there is no magic word you can say where Totoro will magically gift you a rare.
