Most suggestions that are posted in this forum usually cannot be implemented by anyone except for the admins (and maybe admin assistants? not sure what they have access to) since suggestions are usually for new features or modifications to existing features.
Nick's implemented a few suggestions that originated in this forum. The two that come to mind are the CS Business board theme (suggestion was for a more neutral, gray theme that wouldn't hurt the eyes too much and also wouldn't attract as much attention from other people) and changing the default option for "Notify me when report is dealt with" when reporting posts to No instead of Yes.
