Could someone please clarify the rule on having multiple auctions on one thread? Thank you!

you're allowed to have as many auctions as you like as long as you aren't auctioning the same pet on multiple threads and are keeping up with all of the auctions that you've got going on c:

You can host multiple auctions; on the same thread, or not.
