ok i dont kno how to put my rules and pictures how can i do this ?

I’m not sure what you mean why ‘rules’, but I can help you with the images.
To paste an image and make it visible as an image to other people, click the ‘Img’ button and in between the two [img] code boxes, paste the link. So, something like this;;

by rules, i'm pretty sure you meant trading rules.
go to your trading center, click "trade settings", type in your rules in the white box.
