It is for children under 13, who legally can't actually use chat sites so they are restricted to just trading pets here, really.

It's also worth noting that Coppa only applies to children in the United States. Also, they can do more than just trade pets.

They can post and draw in the oekaki boards and they can post their dress ups into the dress up challenge (with moderator approval). They can also name their pets and chose stamps and avatars from our free collection.
