It doesn't come from any thread in particular. It's just a list of dates we GH's keep handy so we can tell you about when events typically start. ^^

ZEL was the one who tracked down all the dates and made the list originally, if I remember correctly. But, yeah, it's just a list we saved, it doesn't come from any specific thread.
