Can moderators delete topics?

Can moderators delete topics?

I know moderators can lock topics, but can they delete topics?

    Yes, they can.
    However, RP and Oekaki Mods can only do this to topics on their respective boards, whereas Global Mods are able to lock or delete topics on any board.^^
