Help! How rare is this pet?

So I've been gone for awhile and I've kinda lost my jist on some of the rarities of the pets. Can someone tell me how rare these two pets are and maybe tell me what they're worth? It would be very appreciated, thanks!

the first pet is a green toxic, it is equal in value to the yellow toxic and is below the gap on the main list. it is worth 670 c$

the second pet is not on the list, however it does have some value. it is worth about 30 c$ though you might be able to get more because of pretty good demand for older rares and very rares.
