Oekaki question

Postby Daevyr » Tue Sep 19, 2017 1:34 am

I was just wondering, is there a way you can edit someone's editable drawing for adopts and have it appear in the competitions subforum? I'm wanting to host a contest, but I don't know how to move it (if you even can) so it gets the right exposure.

Any help is appreciated.

Don't bump if you don't know the answer. People will think you've answered, and won't bother to look at the question. Making for a slower reply.

Is the original artist allowing you to do this? Some people don't like their art being moved.

If it's yours or they have given permission;

Open the adoptable and "Save to Finish Later".

Go to Oekaki Competitions board.
New Drawing (Below Rules)
Let that load.
Find your drawing. And select.

If you want to make it an entry;
Go to Oekaki Competitions board.
Click Enteries (Top left above rules)
New Drawing (Below Rules)
Let that load.
Find your drawing. And select.

MAKE SURE you get permission first.

Okay, thank you so much!

So like, a picture like this where they say there's no rules with it, does that imply that I could, or do I need specific permission from the artist (like in a PM or something) that says I can?

If there are no rules, I'd assume it's okay! But it might be a good idea to ask for permission, just in case. It doesn't hurt to! ^^
