Can't copy an image on mobile?

Postby Farewell! » Tue Aug 22, 2017 10:50 am

This is probably going to sound stupid, but I can't copy and paste images from the archive? I'm assuming you should be able to because when I use to play this on my computer it seemed to work just fine.

Depends what kind of mobile you are using. On iOS, no, you can't.
Kindness costs you nothing.

Alright. Thanks. Seems a bit odd that you can't do that.

Sometimes it works on iOS if you hold the desired image for a moment and pick "copy" .

I just did this on iPad Image

I am not as familiar with othe iOS devices such as iPhones though. I do recall some devices may not work this way.

Not sure if this would be helpful or not,
but I'm using a BlackBerry (an older model, touch-screen).

Touch & hold down on an image.
Then a pop-up appears with options.
Click "copy image location".

(Or hit the options button, & ”start selection"
to highlight the text)

Then hit the options button to "copy" &/or "paste".

Chances are you aren't using the same divice as me,
but maybe it might be a simillar way for you to do it?...

From personal experience, I can say this works on the iPhone 5, iPhone 6S, and iPhone 6S Plus, so I suspect it works on all iPhones except for perhaps the very first ones ever
