I've recently drawn a picture, and now I want to transfer a blank version to the Editable Oekaki section so others can enjoy it. It's in the same theme of the Lost City event, so I don't mind people coloring it in.

Is there a way to transfer a blank version of the art to the Editable Oekaki or have everyone be able to edit it(without typing every individual name)?

Well you could do a 'colour-in' of the drawing, save it and then go to the editable oekaki section and post it there by loading the saved image. (I hope that's what you mean.)

I don't think uploading a saved image is possible, and if I do a color in, it doesn't appear in the Editable Oekaki section.

Once you've made a color-in and done whatever you need to do to make it into an editable, save it, but don't post it yet. Go to the Editable Oekaki forum, click "New Drawing", and on the page where you pick your canvas, you should see the saved drawing on the bottom of the page. Click on it, save it again, and when you post it, it should appear in the Editable Oekaki forum.
