New player event requirement?

I heard that new players can't join events. If this is true, how old would my account have to be? I want to join the summer event and I don't know if my account is old enough

i'm pretty sure this is only for the december 18th re-release event. you should be fine for the summer event

don't worry! new players get to join in on all the event fun! its only on the 18th box of Christmas you cant join in on if your account is to new
