Can you rotate a canvas without rotating the picture?

Hello! I selected the large size canvas to being drawing on and rotated it so it was positioned portrait-wise. Now I see that my picture would be better suited landscape-style, but I've already begun and almost finished my drawing, and I cant seem to figure out how to flip the canvas without flipping the drawing itself.

Flip the canvas and use Edit -> Transform to turn the drawing back to the position you want it in, that should work unless you used lots of layers (you'll have to flip each one manually).
