Link to info on Animal Egg/Item pets?

I'm pretty sure there must be a post somewhere about what animal eggs and Items are based on which pet. Could somebody link me to it?

I'm trying to sort out all the pets of mine which have an animal egg/plushie/etc. equivalent. It would make it a whole lot easier for me if I could know which year and month the pets came from so I could find them in my collection faster.
