As for your question, you can make those in any art program! Gimp is a good free art program, but there are tons out there. Copy the pictures of your dreamies into the program, and then create a nice border. Upload the finished result onto an image hosting site such as imugr, and then you can use it like any other image. Just make sure you don't re color the pet itself (as though you were creating your own "custom") because that is against the rules.

Banners are made the same way, just with a smaller canvas size. c:
