"calling out" a scammer...

while i'm aware that harassing other users is against the rules on the forums, what about in the circumstances that a user has been scamming artists?
would it be appropriate to put out a sort of PSA (along with proof, of course) to warn other artists who could potentially be taken advantage of by a user?
what sort of action should i take in this situation, if any?

to clarify, this hasn't been a personal slight, and has been something that has, as of writing, occurred to at least a dozen other artists across a variety of platforms.

You cannot post anything publicly about another user, under any circumstances. If you have such proof, then you can send in a help-ticket to the mods, if, of course, the scamming happened over Chicken Smoothie in some way. Also, the users who have been scammed can report the user and provide proof of the scam as well, if they haven't already. This is something that only the mods can take care of, whether it be warning the scammer, or even banning them if necessary, or reversing trades of CS pets or items if needed.

Anything off-site, without such proof like usernames CS can't do anything about it.

Calling someone out publicly on CS for any reason is not allowed. If you see a scam happening on CS, please tell the person who was scammed to send a help ticket along with any evidence/relevant information to alert staff about it. If the scam was off-site, you'd have to report it to the staff on the website where it happened for action to be taken, as there's nothing we'd be able to do about it here beyond just keeping an eye out.
