where do I make a forum for my storage ive seen people do that
where they store gifs they like.... videos links... signatures they have made.
writing ect. help me out? where do I make one of these.

Storing signatures/coding and other stuff like that isn't allowed on the forums as it's spam. You can save that type of stuff in a document to your computer or PM it to yourself. You can store and share your writing in this forum, though! (:
