I tried reading through to see if my points were addressed already but there's seven pages of discussing so sorry if I'm just reiterating what's been said c':
But I would really like to see this implemented if the gap between VR and OMSR is significant (which I believe it is)
While yes, this might cause some confusion as far as trading goes (and as far as the rares list goes) it'll be for good reason! We shouldn't want to withhold information and changes just because it would take some adjustment, that can be sorted out in due time. In the long run, it'll help users gauge the rarity of their pets better, and give us a more accurate idea of how we should value certain pets.

(Also could the expiration date on the poll possibly be removed/extended so more of us can vote? <3)

Total support! Balloon dogs are not the same rarity as a 2017 store pet! The spectrum is far too wide!
