Idea to add another rarity between VR & OMGSR? (Poll added)

Awkward late late question but some rares list discussion made me think of this again. Is this just dead now or was this ever rejected?

I would still love to see this happen for all the reasons I've mentioned in the thread, I still think it would help with the trading problems CS has, but it's hard to find the motivation to keep these threads going when there's no indication the admins will ever even read them

While yes, this might cause some confusion as far as trading goes (and as far as the rares list goes) it'll be for good reason! We shouldn't want to withhold information and changes just because it would take some adjustment, that can be sorted out in due time. In the long run, it'll help users gauge the rarity of their pets better, and give us a more accurate idea of how we should value certain pets.

(Also could the expiration date on the poll possibly be removed/extended so more of us can vote? <3)

Sorry, only just saw this, I had no idea the poll had an expiration date (it doesn't show once you've voted), will see if I can remove it

Edit - Just had a look & it's already set to be a never ending poll so not sure whats gone wrong, has anyone else had trouble voting?

With the current reworking of the rares list to rarity only I think it’s all the more important to try to keep this bumped up and discussion still moving. It’s still something I would love to see, too.
As far as the poll goes I can’t tell because I voted back when this thread started. ^^” hopefully some others who haven’t voted will come along to see this and can help determine that.

I think what you said about the moving to a rarity only list is important.
I don’t know how much it would help at this point in the evaluating of how rare pets actually are, but if there had been a rarity in between vr and omg so rare, there would be more data on when pets changed and, as a result, which are more rare. Right now, there’s a lot of vr pets on the list and it can be difficult to determine which is more rare than another without the actual numbers.
Another rarity could have been useful as different pets would have changed to vr, then this other rarity, and possibly omg so rare at different times. Then we wouldn’t only have one rarity change date, r to vr, but another in between vr to omg so rare.

we should put one after OMGSR and call it EPIC the OMGSR would drop slightly in rarity and then you would have the EPIC pets above that

The poll numbers have gone up since yesterday so it must be working okay, maybe the other person had already voted but forgotten?

I can change the poll so that people have the option to change their vote if people think it's a good idea?

I think that better would be between VR and OMGSR... somethink like "Ultra rare" or "legendary"... but no have idea which color would be used ^^

I really like this idea! They added two rarities under common, so it'd make sense to have another above very rare too.. or past OMG so rare. And it would really help with working on the new rares only list, without a doubt.
