No you can't, items are not currently tradeable. We're hoping to release some new items in February.

Umm true we can't trade only items.... but we can put them on a pet that we can trade !

No, they just get taken off the pet.

Oh.... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO *wah* ohmigosh like that's so unfair! Still, how did people like Sorren Fey or Solloby keep their pets from when acounts were'nt in action yet? Oh well..... bummer. Well, i geuss those rare pets just flew down the toilet *whoosh*.

You use to be able to get them added here:

You could get pets added to your account for almost 6 months. That's a pretty long time.
