Though, I feel the need to bring up this rule on the customs page;

Do not pester the artist about your custom, we have lives outside of TK and sometimes things will take time

It can be hard to wait, but all of us have a lot going on, and we are doing out best to manage our time to get things done. So please remember to be patient with the artists, they are not being lazy or just putting things off, they all simply have lives outside TK, and its important to respect that. :>
