"Heya! Thanks for coming to our adoption center! We're currently closed, but feel free to listen to what we're gonna be doing here! I'm Shad, the girl on the right, and I don't really think of this place like it's an adoption center...instead, I like to think that it's a place to find new friends! We'll be showing you all sorts of brand new people that are all set to make friends with you, and you get to fill out friendship forms! Whoever wins the person's contest by filling out the best form gets to take the lucky character home and become BFFs! It's gonna be a whole bunch of fun for everyone, I promise! Enjoy yourselves, now!"

Rules:
Please...
- ...only adopt a maximum of 3 Tier 1 characters in total!
- ...only try out for one character at a time! You can try out for one Tier one, one Tier two, one Tier three, and one Tier four all at once, but not 2 or more of any tier at the same time!
- ...don't steal.
- ...don't boast or brag. Be grateful that you won, but please don't make others feel bad that they lost!
- ...follow all of ChickenSmoothie's rules! They're there for a reason!
- ...always credit me when using the character! You can get other artists to redraw, or use the character for anything you'd like, but always credit me for the original design!

"So, I guess you're wondering how this will work. Well, I'm Leo, the boy on the left, and I guess I'll show you, since my sister's in back doodling on some sheet music. As you'll see on the example below, there will be three or four stages to each adoption. The first one will be one of my or my sister's doodles. These get auctioned off using the #1 form, and are pretty easy to understand, as they're just a a 'friend' that people want to adopt, of course. These will be made, and placed in the 'Open Adoptions' box. Once you've won a tier 1 character, then you'll have to wait a little while. Eventually, a #2 spot will be auctioned off, and this is where things start to get interesting. In this spot, you'll compete to get your character an upgrade, as shown below. If you win that, then eventually a #3 spot will be auctioned off. This is usually the last step for a 'friend', so they'll get a huge makeover, and be all awesome looking and stuff like my sister, haha. There is a #4, but it's a mystery. You wanna know why? It's a mystery....because we have no idea what the next step is! If you have a fully upgraded character, and there's a #4 slot open, then you can request whatever you want for that character, and we'll draw it! Anyway, it's time for me to start working, so see ya!"
