Welcome!

You look around and see many pairs of eyes staring at you, furred ears perk as you step forwards. A friendly looking girl approaches you. "Welcome to the Griffins Skies". She says, smiling a bright grin. A beaked muzzle pushes at your arm. You look down to see a small brown Griffin, it's warm eyes look up at you. "Are you intested in adopting a griffin today? If so, come take a look around, we have many that are looking for a loving home." You follow her and notice the small griffin following you. She leads you into a room with many diverse griffins doing various activities. Which one will you choose?

Rules

If you are violating rules even after being told about them, then you WILL be banned, and your griffins will be taken from you and put in the pound.

1. You can use them on other sites, but only for your own use, and please link them back here.
2. Editing forms is fine, but include the required information!
3. Don't be rude, disrespectful, or whine about things.
4. Do not claim the art as your own, trace any of the art, edit the original image in any way, or steal someone else's Griffin. You CANNOT sell them!
5. You can trade Grffins for coins, items, or other Griffins, but the trader has to state what they’re trading and what for. The second trader has to quote the trade and confirm it.
6. You have to tell me if you changed your username!
7. Do not spam the thread. If you're marking, asking a question or having a short conversation, this is a-ok!

Here you can adopt Griffins that we have tamed and brought into to be cared for by you. However, we have several different ways of distributing them. Some we raffle away, more are first come first serve, others are actioned away and lastly for the most caring and special Griffins we have you compete for their affection by writing out their history or drawing a fancy portrait.

Adventures
Send your Griffins on adventures to find items and coins! Adventuring is free and you can send one griffin out at a time. Adventures last a week. You must use a griffin you own, no freebie griffins.

Breedings/. open

Here you can pair up your Griffins to produce a nest of eggs. Each batch can consist of 2-6 eggs. Each griffin can only breed up to 5 times in its lifetime and on its last breeding, chooses a mate for life. They don't always stay together but the bond is always there, if only faint.

- You can keep half of the batch when breeding, the rest of the eggs go to the pound to be picked up.
(Ex: 3 out of 6 or 1 out of 2) You can adopt the remaining eggs before they go to the pound with an extra cost of 10 coins. Otherwise you can wait until they have been posted in the pound and then you can only adopt one.

-Any griffin with baby lineart can not be breed, however, you can ask for them to be grown up so that they can breed. You are allowed to keep both the baby and adult versions of your Griffins.

-If two Griffins, each owned by a difference person, are to be bred, each owner will have to post the breeding form, confirming that they both agree.

-Certain items can enhance the breeding, such as the Strong Breeding Potion which increase the minimum limit of eggs.

-Baby Grffins remain be babies until you ask for them to be grown up.

-only 1 breeding item is needed even with too different griffin owners.

-You can breed two different breeds together. The rarer one will have a harder chance to be chosen.

Uncommon and rare- uncommon 6/10, rare 4/10
Event and common - common 9/10 , 1/10 event

Description:
Watches the thread for issues between users and helps answer questions. Checks to see if forms for litters have the correct numbers and codewords. Can be asked to help with events. Given 80 coins/month.

Artist

Description:
Must have a program that allows for the use of layers.
Creates 3-4 litters per month with 2-6 griffins. Litters will be pmed to the owner with a name/codeword.
Try-out artists are given 1-2 months to make litters to show their ability in making unique designs, once their time is up, they will be either given the position of an artist or not.
Guest artists are given a month to make some litters. Users can not be a guest artist two months in a row.
Given 300 coins/ litter.
(This position is for those artists who want to help but don't have much free time.
Must have an art program that allows layers
required to make either 1 griffin litter per month or 3 auction Griffins
paid 80 coins per griffin or 300 coins per litter.
Just Current artists, only if there are other artists, can ask to become a ghost artist.)

All staff members are allowed 1 free custom a month. They can use it themselves or gift it to a friend.
