Sorry, but customs are currently closed. For future reference, a "reference" is a picture or description of what the pup should look like. Then traits are the "body parts" of the pup, as in floppy ears or wings.
The customs page says this:

This does not include customs from tickets(are usable even if customs aren't open)

(This goes for everyone) Please make sure you thoroughly read through any of the posts on the front page before you post about it! As in, if you want to post a custom, check and then double check if they are open please! If not you could always ask the staff (especially us mods or Frosto herself) or ask on the Fanclub or help threads. Thanks :3
