I enjoy writing poetry, so I thought I might share some here.

[Where is Mars Argo?]

Yes, happiness is blurred
But Arcadia draws nearer
I don't want to say a word
Of the past two years.
You'll tell me "in your eyes
An infectious smile"
But the smile's not mine
It was lost for a while
Evidence of a callous life
You have construed
Eased the strife
And I'm not sure
Just how to thank you
But my smile is yours.

You have used me
And abused me
But you will not ruin me.

Failure of a girl
With angel hair
In a dizzy twirl
A morbid beauty so rare!

Who're you following
Angel so divine?
Jackal-scavenge and swallowing
Any drop of sunshine

Shove your fingers
Down my throat
Vomit until nothing lingers
And my head floats

ANGEL

Despite my numbness
In abundance
Whatever burden I bear
My heart is still there
Rhythmically tapping away
Letting me know
It's still there
And I still feel.
It's a tainted tart
Poison candy apple heart
Completely forgotten
Blacken and rotten
To the sweet apple core
Wrapped in carmine flesh
That's deceptively fresh
Tricked into delight
You'll take a bite

Today is the 16/11/2017.
Today, I am happy and grateful to be alive.
Today I am grateful for the people I have.
Today I want to do whatever I can to become a better person and help other do the same.
Today people can be cruel, but that's okay.
From here on out, everything will be okay...
And if not, there's always tomorrow.
And if not, there's the next day.
And the next.
I promise you, things will look brighter someday.

Darling dove
Don't you see?
You're in love
With the idea of me.
Beauty fades,
Once it's gone
Only heart remains
Our love scorn
From empathy you lack.
And your soul
is as pitch black
As snuffed charcoal.

With her voice
Deceitfully kind

I numbly nestle on
The sugary sweet
Thin thread
Bordering betwixt
Dreading desertion
And coaxing confinement

a venomous kiss
of timid bliss
and a hiss!
it's nothing to dismiss

and a bruise
of my! What lovely hues!
pinks and blues
of stone heart abuse

oh, but what tainted lips
and wretchedly seductive hips
traced by fingertips
and blood that drips

the vibrant shimmering red
of your bloodshed
splashed on the once white rose bed
where i lay dead

but dear, don't fret
i won't feel regret
if you don't forget
my blood is wet
