i um. stayed up the entire night and purposely got 0 hours of sleep and expecting a microsleep or two. even though i do not want that to happen

just feeling lost in touch with reality and trying to get a grip on myself while also feeling anxious
a friend's coming over and suddenly cleaning up my rooms is really difficult

tired, sad, waking up from an intense pain in the jaw is not fun at all, happened to me this morning. im still a little shaken up from it. had my pillow pressed against my jaw, which managed to help it stop hurting so bad, like sometimes move my lower jaw side to side fast to pop it, before i went to sleep, i poped it, sure it stung a bit, but when i woke up it hurt like hell.

I just fainted at work which has only ever happened to me one other time in my life but there's no one to cover the rest of my shift
Idk how I'm gonna get home safe lol. The backroads I take are completely iced over and I wouldn't feel comfy driving like this in normal conditions.
