i'm so tired
I keep waking up really early (between 12-3) in the morning with a sore throat and severe heartburn.
Even right now, swallowing hurts and my entire throat(going all the way down to my chest) burns.
Tums do help, but after like ten minutes it starts coming back, albeit very weaking. Cough drops help too, but I can't pop one in the middle of the night. I didn't get to sleep in on my day off, and the fact that I have my third test of the week tomorrow-
It's making the thought of sleeping unappealing.

Any advice on how I can help this? Even just short term stuff, I'm desperate :L

got stuck in a rabbit hole of really disturbing youtube content and it's really stressing me out. it doesn't affect me personally but just the fact that the stuff exists is making me nervous. obviously i can't talk about it because there are rules but to keep it pg there are weird videos directed at kids that seem innocent at first but are actually pretty inappropriate and lot's of people think there's a lot of dark stuff going on. it's just so messy and confusing and downright horrifying. the kind of stuff that makes me want to hug and protect every little kid i see. ugh idk what's going on it just hurts me.

yeah I know what you're talking about dude, I've been keeping up with the youtube news around that.

it's gaining lots of public attention once again, and I really hope they do something about it. the best you can do is report those videos and hope for the best. it's difficult to watch go down.

unfortunately we don't know the truth about what's going on and /why/, but hopefully youtube does something about it. parents are becoming aware of this too. it'll be okay man <3 it's super stressful but we can't do much about it.

my parents are fighting again, literally right outside my door. they're yelling right outside my door and it's so so so loud and it really scares me/makes me uncomfortable but i don't know where i can go. my mom is threatening divorce again and calling my dad names while he's yelling straight back at her and i really want it to stopstopstopstopstopSTOP

being ignored by your crush is fun
she was (is i think) my friend, but i feel so ignored, so useless, so abandoned...
I dont feel like she thinks im a good friend, and probably thinks im worthless, not her "type" of friend.
She says she still wants to keep mt as a friend but i feel like its a lie..
