New room! Need help!

I got a new queen bed last month, because my mom said I had to get a bigger bed because I had my old one for 11 years. Anyways, she let me pick out a cover for it from sears. Here is is:


I am getting the pillows and curtains too. I already have a purple chair, a zebra rug, and I have an idea for my cork board, but I was wondering if anybody else had any ideas for my new room. I would love any suggestions you have. What are your rooms like, and what makes them special? Oh yeah, if you didn't already know the theme is dark purple/zebra.
